The application is built using modern web technologies, including TypeScript, React, and Next.js for the frontend, and a MySQL database for data storage. It utilizes SWR for data fetching and caching, ensuring a smooth user experience with real-time updates. The UI is styled using Tailwind CSS, providing a responsive and visually appealing design.
