As users move their mouse across the screen, the dots will change color and twinkle, creating a lively effect. Clicking near the dots will cause them to react with a "shockwave" effect, moving away from the click point and then returning to their original position. The app is built using TypeScript and React, leveraging Next.js for server-side rendering and routing. The GSAP library is included via a CDN, and the InertiaPlugin is also utilized to enhance the animation effects. The styling is managed with Tailwind CSS, ensuring a responsive and modern design.
