Using shadcn ui library make me a toggle button that displays below a card containing a form. | A shadcn/ui and v0 generation - v0

The toggle button has a fixed position and on click makes appear and disappear a form accordingly, with a fadin fadeout effect. Make sure the button is on top of the form. The form card is just a little bigger than the button and does not occupy all the window space.
