create a dashboard with left hand side bar, a main content at center, a right hand sidebar that has the status or details of the main content.
the main content is a complaint page, it has different tabs such as details, complainant,complainee,violations, and links.
the details tab contains a body that can show any content html or markdown.
the complainants tab contains name,email,contact no,address, gender, and a question that needs answer of yes or no.
the complainee details tabs contains fields like government offical involved,branch,and complained agency.
the violations tabs contains one drop down field to select one or more violations
lastly the tab for links , where we can drag file or click a button to upload, or write the link of the file.
while on the right handside bar it shows details like:
status,timeframe resolution,priority,assignee,lifetimes,labels.
all of which can be shows a pop up of choices when click.
