Done — both requests are in and verified in the browser.

• 30 seconds per question — the per-question timer is now 30s, shown on the start screen badge and during play.
• More colorful, attractive title page — gradient hero icon with a sparkle badge, a gradient "Quiz Master" wordmark, an ambient glow backdrop, and each topic tile now carries its own vibrant color accent (violet Science, blue Maths, emerald English, etc.).

While doing this I also fixed two real bugs that were silently breaking the app:

1. Tailwind v4 gradients — the styling used old v3 bg-gradient-to-* class names, which don't exist in v4, so none of the color effects were applying. Switched them to bg-linear-to-*.
2. Service worker caching — the PWA service worker was cache-first, which trapped the preview (and would trap real installed users) on stale code. It's now network-first with an offline fallback and no longer registers in development.

One note: if you previously opened the app, the old cached service worker may require a single hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) to pick up the new version — after that, updates apply automatically. When ready, publish from the top right and install it on your laptop via the browser's install icon.
