I've updated the form to be a 2-step flow:
Step 1 - Personal Info:
- Profile picture upload
- First name and last name
- LinkedIn profile URL
- Subscribe to product updates toggle
Step 2 - Company Info:
- Company name
- Confirm company website
- Company size dropdown
- Back button to return to step 1
The email field has been removed. Clicking "Continue" on step 1 transitions to step 2, and the "Get started" button completes the flow. The same workspace preview panel remains on the right side throughout.

I've updated the onboarding flow to have 4 steps with a progress indicator (circles with connecting lines). The steps are:
- Personal Info - Profile picture, first/last name, and product update subscription
- Company Info - Company name, website confirmation, and company size
- Connections - Add team members (with "do this later" note), connect LinkedIn, and connect Google/Microsoft email with privacy badges (GDPR, CCPA, ISO 27001)
- Confirm - Summary of all info, company description textarea, and ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) system prompt field
The progress indicator shows completed steps with checkmarks and the current step highlighted in blue. Step 3 has a special right-side visualization showing the data flow similar to the second screenshot you provided.
