Now I'll update the theme in globals.css, create the dashboard components, and update the layout with the Inter font.

I've built a modern real estate owner portal dashboard with:

1. Dark Sidebar - Collapsible navigation with Dashboard, Activity, Visits, Offers, and Listings items, plus user profile at the bottom
2. Stats Cards - Overview metrics showing total visits, offers, contacts, and active listings with percentage changes
3. Property Cards - Clean white cards with property images, addresses, status badges, pricing, and stat breakdowns (visits, offers, contacts) with trend indicators
4. Activity Feed - Timeline-style feed showing recent activity like new offers, scheduled viewings, property visits, and inquiries with colored icons

The design follows the Linear/Vercel aesthetic with Inter font, blue primary color, subtle shadows, and a minimal professional look. The sidebar is fixed with a dark background while the main content area has clean white cards against a light background.
