I've added complete support for German, Portuguese, and Arabic in Beat the Bot:

1. Created word list files for each language with ~300 words across 10 categories (name, country, city, animal, food, sport, science, geography, history, music)
2. Updated categories.ts with localized category labels for all three new languages (German: Berühmter Name, Land; Portuguese: Nome Famoso, País; Arabic: اسم مشهور, بلد, etc.)
3. Updated bot page to detect all languages, load appropriate word lists, validate input characters (German umlauts Ä/Ö/Ü/ẞ, Portuguese accents Á/Ç/Ã, Arabic letters), and handle RTL display for Arabic similar to Farsi.
