I've successfully replaced all instances of "Democratic Coin" with "Chat Coin" throughout the site. This includes the browser tab title, main heading, image alt text, and localStorage keys. The voting functionality remains the same but now reflects the new "Chat Coin" branding consistently across the entire application.

I've replaced the banner with the new chat-themed community image that shows various community messages around the CHATCOW logo. The new banner better reflects the social and community-driven nature of Chat Coin. I also enhanced the contract address styling with a subtle background to make it more prominent and easier to read.
