Support Center Interface
I'll create a comprehensive support center interface based on the screenshots you've provided, including the ticket overview, ticket detail view, case submission form, and confirmation dialog.
I've created a complete support center interface with four main views:
- Support Center Overview - Shows a list of support tickets with their status, severity, and last update time.
- Ticket Detail View - Displays a specific ticket with its conversation history, reply functionality, and metadata like case number, status, and severity.
- Submit Case Confirmation - A confirmation dialog that appears before submitting a new case, showing which team the case will be created under.
- Create Case Form - A comprehensive form for creating a new support case with fields for problem area, severity level, billing amount, subject, and description.
The interface includes all the key elements from your screenshots:
