I've updated the page layout to position the SelectScrollable component at the bottom of the page by:

1. Using flex flex-col to create a column-based flex container
2. Adding justify-end to push the content to the bottom of the container
3. Keeping items-center to center the content horizontally
4. Maintaining min-h-screen to ensure the container takes up the full viewport height
5. Adding pb-8 (padding-bottom) to give some space between the component and the bottom edge of the screen

Now the select component will be positioned at the bottom of the page while remaining centered horizontally.

2. Changing items-center to items-end to align the content to the right side
3. Keeping justify-end to push the content to the bottom of the container
4. Maintaining min-h-screen to ensure the container takes up the full viewport height
5. Adding pr-8 (padding-right) to give some space between the component and the right edge of the screen
6. Keeping pb-8 (padding-bottom) to maintain space from the bottom edge

Now the select component will be positioned at the bottom right corner of the page with appropriate spacing.
