Develop a comprehensive web application, Rise & Shine Rentals, designed to streamline the management of multiple rental properties. The system will cater to various user roles, including Admin, Tenant, Supervisor, and Building Owner, each with tailored functionalities and dashboards ,1.Site 8 ( 2 - 1 RK , 5 - 1 BHK) 2.Site 9( 2 - 1 RK , 5 - 1 BHK) 3.Site 11( 5 - 1 BHK) 4.Site 23( 1 - 1 RK , 10 - 1 BHK) 5.Site 26( 1 - 1 RK , 10 - 1 BHK) . . Admin can modify property details , add users based on role ..etc. Only admin can view rental income and expenses related details. Building owner can only see their respective assigned building details like flats availabilty, bookin status and details like tenant name , rent, advance paid and joined date. Tenant users can see their flat details like rent, advance paid and joined date and current month rent payment due details and upload id proof aadhar and company id, raise tickets. Supervision can see flats status and tenant details. He should get notification on whatsapp when tenant raise complaints and update status once reolved, Teants should get notification after its resolved. Admin will have full control to manage the properties and see all the open tickets and status.Admin should also see and upadte each month rental payment details per flat for each building. Each building income should be calcutalated after adding common expenses like watchman salary, room and gym expense. common expense must be divied per flat expense for each biulding , example for site 8 its 7 units and site 23 its 11 units. Building level expense should be deisel, electricity, bbmp, common expense share,water and others.give options to add or modify expense details to admin. Income per building must be calculated like Rental income-all expenses for that falt , Admin service payment must be calculated per falt as 10% of income after expenses. give good dash boards for admin user.

admin can add or modify items under common expenses like watchman salary , room rent , gym room ,.etc and add amount to each expense , Common expense must be divided as per unit coiunt for each building like if common expense is 30000, site 23 must get it as 30000/41=731 per unit, so for 23 its 731*11= 8048 . similar formula for each building to add common expense
