Admin can modify property details , add users based on role ..etc. Only admin can view rental income and expenses related details. Building owner can only see their respective assigned building details like flats availabilty, bookin status and details like tenant name , rent, advance paid and joined date. Tenant users can see their flat details like rent, advance paid and joined date and current month rent payment due details and upload id proof aadhar and company id, raise tickets. Supervision can see flats status and tenant details. He should get notification on whatsapp when tenant raise complaints and update status once reolved, Teants should get notification after its resolved. Admin will have full control to manage the properties and see all the open tickets and status.Admin should also see and upadte each month rental payment details per flat for each building. Each building income should be calcutalated after adding common expenses like watchman salary, room and gym expense. common expense must be divied per flat expense for each biulding , example for site 8 its 7 units and site 23 its 11 units. Building level expense should be deisel, electricity, bbmp, common expense share,water and others.give options to add or modify expense details to admin. Income per building must be calculated like Rental income-all expenses for that falt , Admin service payment must be calculated per falt as 10% of income after expenses. give good dash boards for admin user.
