I've successfully added the Stage 2 data to the dashboard. The Stage 2 tab now displays complete results for 4 districts (Lejweleputswa leading with 48.75% average and 70% pass rate, followed by TMED, Xhariep, and Fezile Dabi), with the same detailed breakdown format as Stage 1 showing enrollment, pass rates, and support needs. A note indicates that MMED Stage 2 data is not yet available.
but hen now i need the graphs to be for each round understand someting right for each round i need to the following
DISTRICT ANALYTICS
District Performance Comparison (Median vs Average)
Performance Distribution by District
please do it like that right now you have just the
District Performance Breakdown
and then when you scroll down there is still round 1 data persisting there but you suppsoed to show the information in graphs and everything
I've reorganized the dashboard so each stage tab now contains its own District Analytics section with performance comparison charts and distribution graphs. Stage 1 displays detailed school-level analytics with the median vs average comparison and performance bands, while Stage 2 shows district-level analytics (without school data since it's team-based competition). The standalone District Analytics section below the tabs has been removed to eliminate data duplication.
please add mmed for round 2 here are the stats you missd it lets call it round 1 round 2 THIS IS DATA FOR ROUND 2 MMED:Got it — you’re showing the MMED Overview Dashboard.
Here’s a concise interpretation of what the data tells us: Quick SummaryAssessments Taken: 34Unique Learners: 34Participating Schools: 35Average Score: 43.09%Pass Rate: 76.47% (26 of 34 learners passed) Achievement Breakdown
Level Description Count 1 Not achieved 5 2 Elementary 11 3 Adequate 14 4 Moderate 4 5 Substantial 2 6 Meritorious 0 7 Outstanding 0 Most learners (25 of 34) fall into Elementary to Adequate levels — meaning they meet minimum expectations, but few show higher mastery.
No learners reached Meritorious or Outstanding — that’s a clear signal for enrichment or extension opportunities. Learner OutcomesPassed: 26 learners (76%)Need Support: 8 learners (24%)The 24% in the “Need Support” category likely represent those in Not achieved or Elementary levels. InterpretationStrength: High participation and relatively strong pass rate (¾ of learners).Weakness: Average score (43%) is well below the halfway mark — students are technically passing but not excelling.Opportunity: Focus improvement efforts on moving “Adequate” students toward “Substantial.” That’s your quickest route to a performance lift.
