I've created a standalone HTML wireframe file at /public/wireframe.html.

To get the PDF:

1. Download the ZIP - Click the three dots menu and select "Download to ZIP"
2. Open the file - Navigate to the public folder and open wireframe.html in your browser
3. Print to PDF - Press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows), then select "Save as PDF" as the destination

The wireframe shows:

• 5 phases of the evaluation process (Foundation, Framework, Design, Data, Collaboration)
• 12 numbered modules with color-coded cards and descriptions
• Data flow diagram showing how information moves between modules
• Module dependencies explaining what each module needs and produces

It's designed to print cleanly on standard letter or A4 paper.

5. Press Cmd+P (Mac) or Ctrl+P (Windows) and select "Save as PDF"

The wireframe shows all 12 modules organized by phase (Foundation, Framework, Design, Data, Collaboration) with arrows showing the data flow and dependencies between modules.
