I want the whole process to be guided by an AI assistant that is aware of the company's spend, procurement and vendor policies and is able to guide them to answer questions like
Which relevant laws and industry regulations do they need to comply with (eg. DGPR, HIPAA, SOC2) when onboarding this vendor?
Does this vendor need background checks?
Do i need to run a risk assessment for this vendor (e.g., cybersecurity, financial, reputational risks)?

New Clippy-Style Assistant

Floating Position: The assistant now appears as a floating bubble in the bottom-right corner of the screen, rather than being embedded in the form.
Character Design: I've added a lightbulb character (💡) with a speech bubble design to mimic the Clippy experience.
Animated Entrance/Exit: The assistant smoothly animates in and out when toggled.
Collapsible Interface: Users can minimize the assistant to a small bubble and expand it again when needed.
Same Helpful Content: It still provides the same AI-powered recommendations for vendor onboarding requirements.

How It Works

When users click "Get AI Recommendations" on the form creation page, the Clippy-style assistant appears in the corner.
Users can interact with it without disrupting their form-filling workflow.
The assistant can be minimized to a small bubble when not needed.
It provides contextual recommendations based on the vendor type and data access requirements.
