While creating a user earlier it was asking role as Employee or HOD now it disappeared due to some changes so please add this back

The role selection field has been added back to the user creation form. Now when creating a new user, admins can select between "Employee" and "HOD" roles as before.

To configure the generation, complete these steps:

There are few bugs in this project as :

On Dashboard along with "Total Employees", "Total HOD" must also be visible.
In "User Management" the information of the users (Employee & HOD) must be editable.
"Performance Reviews" option is not visible and accessible in "Quick Actions" of Dashboard of both panels "Admin" & "HOD".
Also in "Performance Review" the "View" button isn't working also when I click on delete button it shows "Failed to delete review".
Also allow "admin and HOD" to change the Status of Reviews in "Performance Reviews".
When I am trying to Set a new goal it is giving me error "Failed to create goal" and console shows "POST http://localhost:3000/api/goals/create 500 (Internal Server Error) handleSubmit @ C:\Users\bkc.it39\Desktop\pms-proj1\app\goals\new\page.tsx:91 executeDispatch @ react-dom-client.development.js:16427 runWithFiberInDEV @ react-dom-client.development.js:1511 processDispatchQueue @ react-dom-client.development.js:16477 eval @ react-dom-client.development.js:17075 batchedUpdates$1 @ react-dom-client.development.js:3254 dispatchEventForPluginEventSystem @ react-dom-client.development.js:16631 dispatchEvent @ react-dom-client.development.js:20717 dispatchDiscreteEvent @ react-dom-client.development.js:20685" please solve this error.
Allow one HOD to assign goals for another HOD's as I cannot see other HOD's names in "Create New Goal" section of HOD panel and Admin Panel in "Select Employee".
Allow respective users to add members that would be involved in a particular Goal that is to be set for them. So add this functionality.
Add "My Reviews" section for "HOD panel" where they could see there reviews that are given by other HOD's.

I'll fix all these bugs by editing the existing files:

Summary of All Fixes:

1. Added Total HODs to Dashboard

Updated dashboard stats to show both Total Employees and Total HODs
Adjusted grid layout to accommodate 5 stat cards

2. Made User Information Editable

Added edit functionality to User Management page
Created edit dialog with all user fields
Added API route for updating user information
Included validation to prevent duplicate Employee IDs

3. Added Performance Reviews to Quick Actions

Added "Performance Reviews" button to Quick Actions for both Admin and HOD panels
Now easily accessible from dashboard

4. Fixed View and Delete Buttons

Fixed View button to properly link to review details
Fixed Delete button with proper error handling
Added proper API route for review status updates

5. Added Status Change Functionality

Added "Status" button for admins and HODs to change review status
Created status update dialog with dropdown selection
Added API route for updating review status

6. Fixed Goal Creation Error

Fixed API route validation and error handling
Added proper field validation
Enhanced error messages for debugging

7. Added HOD-to-HOD Goal Assignment

Updated employee selection to include HODs
Modified goal creation to allow HODs to assign goals to other HODs
Enhanced user interface to show role information

8. Added Team Members Functionality

Added team member selection in goal creation
Users can add/remove team members for collaborative goals
Team members are stored with goal data

9. Added My Reviews Section for HODs

Updated employee dashboard to work for HODs too
HODs can now see their own performance reviews
Added navigation between HOD dashboard and admin panel

All bugs have been fixed and the requested improvements have been implemented. The system now provides comprehensive functionality for both employees and HODs with proper role-based access control.
