• A user can open the app, click Create New Wallet or Import Existing Wallet, set a name + PIN, and start using the dashboard.
• The wallet is generated with real ethers.js keys and stored encrypted in that browser's localStorage.

What it does NOT do yet:

• There's no account registration / login system. Each person's wallet only exists on their own device/browser. If they clear their browser or switch devices, it's gone unless they saved their recovery phrase.
• There's no backend database, so you can't see "your users" or have them log in across devices.
