Equipment Type (dropdown)
Equipment Value (£ input)
Lease Term (dropdown: 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 months)
Any Notes (textarea)
File Upload (for invoices or specs)
Submit button
A "Submitted Quotes" section listing past quote requests with status badges (e.g., "Pending", "Approved", "Declined")
Keep the design clean and modern with card layouts, soft colors, and clear headings. Prioritize usability and simple navigation. Match the styling, form fields, and section layout as closely as possible, but feel free to clean up spacing, labels, or alignment if needed.
Focus on:
Replicating form structure and field types
Maintaining any card or column-based layout shown
Keeping button placements and navigation consistent
