I've successfully redistributed the Products page content to the appropriate tier pages. The Posters section now lives on the Tier 1 (You Post It) page, while the LMS and Digital Library sections have been added to the Tier 2 (You Do It) page with full visual layouts from the original. The Digital Library is also referenced in Tier 3 (We Do It) as an included feature, and the original Products page has been deleted along with its navigation link.

This should link to a new page that highlights each of these add-ons. The tracking of payroll, benefits, and leave are all advanced admin features of the EMS platform. The talent acquisition is a separate service add-on.
I've added a fourth option to the Services dropdown menu called "Essential Add-Ons" and created a comprehensive page that highlights the advanced EMS administrative features (payroll, benefits, and leave tracking) along with the talent acquisition service. The page uses the established slate color palette, includes the EMS mockup image, and features detailed descriptions with benefits for both offerings.
