hello i want u to help me create a banking dashboard of an admin eveything the user does would be shown in the admin notification bar so now dont add the button to move to the user dashboard cuz the user would also have his own dashboard soause this url toi move tot th user dashboard /user so now thw i want that the user should be able to top up is accounbt that means that there would b e a link called topup where user account number would be show so now i want that the user should be able tio topup hios account hre so that it would reflect in his own account and it the admin would be notified the admin too would also have a section of payment history of the users so now i want that befor the user would login into his dashboard there should be. asignup and login page that is if not login user shouldnt be ble to login into his dashboard and if he just register the information he input there should be the information that would be on athat account
