Looking at the new screenshot, I can see the Assignment History tab content showing:
- History entries with user avatars, names, badges (Assignment in gray, Status Change in orange)
- Timestamps and details
- Assignment entries showing who was assigned and comments
- Status change entries showing the status transition (Applied → Processing)

I've updated the merchant application page with all the requested changes:
- Assignment History Tab - Now shows history entries with user avatars, badges (Assignment in gray, Status Change in orange), timestamps, assigned-to info, comments in quoted blocks, and status transitions with colored badges.
Enhanced Checklist Items:
- "Application is complete" has a toggle switch showing Complete/Incomplete
- "Wathiq Check" shows a "Wathiq Check" button that changes to a "Passed" badge when clicked
- Agreement uploads (Shari, Tabby, Tamara, Mispay) have Upload buttons, and when uploaded show the file name with View and Delete icons
- Priority Dropdown - Added above "Assigned To" with Low/Medium/High/Urgent options with colored indicators
- Status Label - Changed "In-Progress" from a button to a small label displayed below the "Update Status" button
- Tags Multi-select - Now displays as an input box where you can click to see available tags, select multiple, and remove them with the X icon
