now create a dummy dev agency website for ALT-X Studio with a special gear button on top right. clicking on it will open up a modal allwoing us to

show a dropdown allow us to switch between different library powered ASCII animated backgrounds
show control to allow ascii characters to be changed
show other cool controls that can be used
a colour picker

to the left of the gear button, show a small FPS display

for 1. , come up with 20 different animations (can be 3D, can be interactive background that responnse to cursor / scroll), and they can be powered by three.js, canvs matrix, p5.js, but you are not limited to just these library feel free to take your time and improvise

move the FPS and gear button to a slide in container hiding on the right side, 10% from the bottom of window. only show a small tab for ppl to click on to request these control to slide out
in the control container, add an extra button to toggle showing all the site elements above the background. this will allow us to quickly see just the background animations and debug what is going on.
