I've removed the large overlay navigation feature that displayed "AI Lab", "Team", "Contact" as big italic text when triggered. The mobile menu button is still present in the header, but the sliding overlay panel has been removed. The main navigation links remain accessible in the top navigation bar on desktop.

I've fixed the custom cursor positioning by using a ref instead of React state to update the cursor position. This avoids React's state batching which was causing the cursor to jump when hovering over images. The cursor now updates its position directly through the DOM for immediate, smooth movement without any lag or jumping. I also updated the cursor color to work with the new white theme.
