I pulled the latest changes from v0/rhenry-4400-da817684 in v0-heloc-solar-mortgage-dashboard.

The screenshot shows the "Appraisal Link Sent" step in the progress tracker. The user wants to rename it to "Pending Appraisal".

Found it in both files. Let me update both.

Renamed "Appraisal Link Sent" to "Pending Appraisal" in both progress-tracker.tsx and page.tsx so the step label is updated consistently across the progress tracker.
