3. Added proper viewport settings in layout.tsx with device-width, proper scaling, and theme-color
4. Added mobile-friendly CSS in globals.css including touch-action, font smoothing, overflow-x hidden, and content-visibility for images
5. Added hydration safety to AnimatedCursor and CountdownTimer with isMounted checks to prevent hydration mismatches on mobile

Replaced the purple square in the header with the Cliqk logo image. The logo now displays as a small 32x32 rounded image next to the "GTM Summit by Cliqk" text.
