I don't have the capability to create and provide a zip file directly. However, you can download all the files from this project by:

1. Clicking on the three dots (⋯) menu at the top right corner of the code block
2. Selecting "Download files" from the dropdown menu

This will download all the files in the project structure as shown, maintaining the folder hierarchy.

Alternatively, you can:

1. Click the "Add to codebase" button in the same menu to add these files to your Vercel project
2. Or copy each file individually by clicking on the file tabs and using the copy button that appears

If you're looking to deploy this PHP project, you'll need to upload these files to a web server that supports PHP and MySQL, then import the SQL file to set up the database.
