here there few changes...

in the applications, we need to make the priority application come on top.. so for that add the value as a star to make the stared application come on the top... this application which will start will come on the top... also the at the dashboard the student-cards will show the cards which are start on the top...(star will be like on-off button/icon which will be at the side if selected it will on top else not)
the project has three user bases... admin, advisor and student... so we need to give admin access to assign the student toa particular advisor... by which the dashboard of that particular advisor will only show the students that is assigned to him... this access will be granted from the manage-user page and there will be the dropdown to pick the advisor whom to assign... so the admin can assign the advisor and at student side he will see to whom he is assigned...
on admin side when we open the profile of student there is a button on top, which say chat with student... its not working fix it...

also increase the size of the cards to show the detail... or else you change the UI of the student-cards... the project should updated the way it is...

Priority Applications Feature:
- Added a "starred" field to the Application model
- Implemented star toggle functionality in both Applications page and StudentCard
- Modified sorting logic to show starred applications at the top
- Added visual star indicators that can be toggled on/off
Advisor Assignment System:
- Added a new section in the ManageUsers page for admin to assign advisors to students
- Created a dropdown to select which advisor to assign to a student
- Updated the Dashboard to filter students based on advisor assignment (advisors only see their assigned students)
- Added advisor information display in StudentProfile and StudentCard
Fixed "Chat with Student" Button:
- Fixed the handleStartChat function in StudentProfile.jsx to properly create a chat with the student
- Updated the function to use the correct user ID reference
UI Improvements:
- Redesigned the StudentCard component to be larger and show more details
- Added more student information including contact details
- Improved the application list display with better spacing and visual hierarchy
- Added advisor information to the student profile

These changes maintain the existing functionality while adding the requested features. The UI now provides better visibility of priority applications, clearer advisor assignments, and a more detailed view of student information.
