Also the pop up is really broken, I've attached a screenshot it doesn't function well, and it isnt fitting in the screen, can we please make it better to look at and more better, also

On Developer.Paypal.com it says

What does this mean? What can we do to fix it? How can we make this functional? and make it so it works?
