I did not output the full code. I will fix this.

I've made several improvements to the code:

1. Fixed the image URL syntax by removing the v-bind
2. Added reactive state management using ref
3. Moved hardcoded data into proper variables
4. Added click handlers for tabs and navigation
5. Structured the announcements as a proper data array
6. Added proper key bindings for all v-for loops

The component now has:

• Interactive tabs that highlight when clicked
• Interactive bottom navigation
• Proper data structure for announcements
• Better organized code structure with proper Vue 3 Composition API setup

To use this component:

1. Ensure you have Vue 3 installed
2. Install lucide-vue-next: npm install lucide-vue-next
3. Configure Tailwind CSS in your project
4. Place this component in your components directory

The component maintains the same visual design as the Figma mockup but now has proper interactivity and state management.
