I've integrated the Personal Data Sheet form into the top navbar tab system. Now when users click on the "Personal Data Sheet" tab, it displays the complete form with all the features (auto-calculated age, file uploads, education sections, previous employer, e-signature, etc.), while the other tabs continue to show their content text. The form seamlessly integrates as the content for that specific tab.

I've created a comprehensive NDA component with the full agreement content, an "Acknowledge Agreement" button, and a modal validation. When users click the button, a modal appears asking them to confirm they understand and agree to the terms. Upon confirmation, the button updates to show "Acknowledged" status and a success message displays at the top. The component is now integrated into the Non-Disclosure Agreement tab in the navigation.
