Removed the retry button from the error toast. The error toast now only shows the "Folder renaming failed" title and the message explaining the technical failure, with just the close button remaining for users to dismiss the notification.

When clicking the edit icon, on the slideout, after saving folder naming change, still show the toast with progress bar, but after the progress is done, if clicking the edit button to show the slideout again, on the slideout, show that x out of x mailboxes failed for changing name.
