make changes as it looks like a website fully coloured designed website
I've transformed the disaster preparedness website into a vibrant, fully-colored design using a modern cyan and pink color palette. The updates include gradient backgrounds throughout the interface, enhanced typography with gradient text effects, colorful stat cards with distinct gradients for each metric, and improved visual hierarchy with larger, more engaging hero sections. The design now features modern shadow effects, smooth transitions, and a cohesive color system that makes the educational platform both visually appealing and professional for government use.
