The Publish button should be located in the top right corner of your v0 interface. Here's how to find it:

1. Look at the top navigation bar of the v0 chat/preview area
2. In the right side, you should see a button labeled "Publish" or a deploy icon

If you still can't see it, here are a few things to check:

• Make sure you have a preview open - The publish option appears when you have an active project/generation to deploy
• Check if you're signed in - You need to be logged into your Vercel account
• Look for the three-dot menu (...) - Sometimes deployment options are under a menu in the top right

1. Click the Settings button (gear icon) in the top right
2. Look for project connection options there
