The create post button should open a modal with fields to add a title body and image. The add feed button should open a modal with buttons to add a news feed, facebook feed and unily feed with icons

The dashboard screen should show a list of posts. The posts should have a mixture of title, body and image all are optional but there should be at least one. The add feed modal should display the options in square buttons. Clicking a button should open a second modal with a list of connections and a button to create a new connection.
