1. Updated the main SocialLinks component which is used throughout the site (footer, mobile menu, etc.)
2. Updated the dedicated Instagram button in the SocialSection component

Now when visitors click on any Instagram icon or button on the website, they'll be directed to the new Instagram profile at https://www.instagram.com/l02111_?igsh=c2JvOXBrd2drbXd3 instead of the previous dandyhats account.

All links still open in a new tab and maintain the proper security attributes (rel="noopener noreferrer") and accessibility features.
