Strength PRs - 1 rep max an 3 rep max for all the major lift movements like Back squat, deadlift, bench press, etc
Max reps of bodyweight movements: Examples include: Pull-ups (strict, kipping, butterfly), Muscle-ups (bar or ring)
Benchmark WODs: CrossFit has a set of named workouts (like “Fran,” “Murph,” “Helen,” etc.) that athletes repeat to measure progress. Your best time or score on these is a PR.
