Now I'll update the partners component to remove The Tony Elumelu Foundation, create a grants component, add Grants to the navbar, and update the page:

Done. The Tony Elumelu Foundation has been moved to a new Grants section positioned below Partners. "Grants" has been added to the navbar navigation and the section features the foundation's logo with a direct link to their website.
