I'll remove the "Profiles" option from the menu items. Here's the updated component without the "Profiles" option:

In this updated version:

1. I removed the "Profiles" item from the menuItems array.
2. I also removed the UsersIcon import since it's no longer needed.

The rest of the component remains the same. The menu will now display four options: Account, Orders, Settings, and Help, followed by the Sign Out button.
