I've upgraded Next.js from 14.2.25 to 14.2.35.
Added a Reviews section just before the CTA with three realistic testimonials: two in Spanish (María Alejandra Torres from Torres Realty Group in Miami, and Carlos Linares from Linares Propiedades in Houston) and one in English (James Robles from Robles & Associates Realty in Orlando). Each card uses the existing sky/blue/cyan palette, includes 5-star ratings, a quote icon, and realistic agent details with hover lift animations.
