The loading animation is now a clean, minimalist progress bar that shows:

• A horizontal progress bar with a blue gradient
• Percentage completion displayed prominently
• "Uploading..." text label
• Smooth animation as the progress increases
• Responsive design that works in both light and dark modes

The progress bar provides clear visual feedback without the complexity of the previous circular animation.
