1. Copied all 5 SVG map files to /public/maps/ (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan)

2. Created SVGRegionMap component that:

   • Loads and displays the actual geographic SVG maps
   • Provides a country selector dropdown
   • Shows risk-based coloring for regions (red=high, orange=medium, green=low)
   • Includes region details with yield anomaly data when selected
   • Displays an interactive legend
3. Updated the dashboard to use the new SVGRegionMap instead of the grid-based heatmap, maintaining the 60/40 layout with proper height

The maps now display real geographic borders and regions instead of the previous grid visualization, making your dashboard look much more professional!
