Rentalizer Page Updates:
- AI Location Insights Card: A prominent blue-gradient card showing what guests love and common concerns about the Encinitas market
- Guest Sentiment Analysis: Based on 2,847 reviews, highlighting beach proximity, walkable downtown, and family-friendliness as positives
- Common Concerns: Addresses parking limitations, noise, and seasonal crowds
- Optimization Tip: Provides actionable advice for property owners
Market Overview Page Updates:
- AI Guest Insights Card: A purple-gradient card analyzing 4,200+ reviews in Little Rock
- Market-Specific Insights: Highlights affordability, River District appeal, and local culture as strengths
- Improvement Areas: Notes limited dining options and transportation needs
- Market Opportunity: Suggests focusing on River District properties with restaurant recommendations
Both implementations:
- Use eye-catching gradient backgrounds to make the AI features stand out
- Include "New" badges to highlight the feature
- Provide actionable insights that property owners can use
- Maintain the existing AirDNA design language and layout
- Show realistic guest feedback themes for each market
The AI insights are designed to help property investors understand not just the financial metrics, but also the guest experience factors that drive bookings and reviews in each market.
Let's fix the Market Overview tab
- Remove the filters at the top
- Remove the tabs for market performance, submarkets, STR listings, etc
- Then make sure the AI Guest Insights is more prominent at the top of the page. You can decrease the size of the revenue, occ, ADR, and revpar tiles in order to make room
I've updated the Market Overview page with the requested changes:
Key Updates:
- Removed filters section - No more filter badges at the top
- Removed navigation tabs - Eliminated the Market Performance, Submarkets, STR Listings tabs
Made AI Guest Insights prominent - Now featured at the very top with:
- Larger title and icon
- More detailed content with additional insights
- Investment opportunity section with specific recommendations
- Better visual hierarchy with larger cards
Reduced metric tile sizes - The revenue, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR cards are now smaller:
- Reduced padding and font sizes
- Smaller chart placeholders
- More compact layout to make room for the prominent AI insights
The AI Guest Insights now dominates the top of the page and provides much more actionable intelligence for investors, including specific property type recommendations and key amenities that address guest concerns.
Great, now on the market page, we want to show a new timeline graphic of Upcoming events in this market. This will also be powered by AI and we want to show that as a callout. Show a timeline chart over the next 12 months with cool callouts for upcoming sample events in this city. Things like a beer and wine festival, a golf tournament, etc. Anything that would draw tourists to this market.
