At Leena AI we are creating a new view in our Agentic AI platform, which is a SaaS platform for enterprises focusing on solving IT and HR related employee queries. The view has a folder structure kind of a layout, where as a dashboard user/admin I can add either Skills or AOPs. While adding an AOP, I can define its Name, Description and complete Instructions. Similarly, while adding a Skill, I can choose between existing IT scripts, existing Out of the Box connectors & actions such as Microsoft > add user in Distribution Group, and Workflows (which are business processes), such as generate employment letter, payslips, get details from SFTP and update user details in Successfactors.
