Now I have the full picture. The issues are:

Logo and nav items container still have bg-white — needs to be transparent with a glass/glow effect
The pill links have background: var(--pill-bg) which is lime #C8FF00 — user wants them transparent with a glow
Need futuristic glow on hover and active states

Now update the pill links themselves — transparent background, lime text, lime glow on hover/active:

Update the hover circle to lime and the active indicator dot:

Now update the cart button and mobile hamburger — transparent glass with lime glow:

Now update the mobile menu popover:

Also update the mobile menu links to match the transparent + glow style:

Now take a screenshot to verify:

The nav is exactly right. The white boxes are completely gone — all nav elements are now transparent with a frosted glass backdrop. The active "HOME" pill glows lime, the nav container has a subtle lime halo, and every button uses the same dark glass + glow treatment. The active dot beneath the current page also pulses with a lime neon glow for that futuristic feel.
