Since category and questios description, question answers are dynamicly set up in the questionnaire, Adding a new tab take the role as Questionnaire Admin. Also for approval management tab, generate a number that the requester receives. Current design is not obvious, All did reflect the total number but I also need to have a clear veiw of Request qty, maybe attachment qty needs to be obvious , also main panel of the approval management can only have Pending request, for the approved and Rejected request can be collapsed at the inintial launch and expanded once clicked.
